Just like with any purchase you can obtain financing for cosmetic procedures. We use Care Credit but patients have also used personal loans, credit cards and all sorts of other means to finance.

Is there possible payment plans for Tummy tucks and breast jobs?

Thank you for the question. Plastic surgeons offices can point you in the right correction when it comes to “credit” companies that work with patients seeking surgery. Although I understand your desire to undergo mommy makeover surgery,  it is (generally speaking) in patients' best interest to be physically, psycho socially, and financially as stable as possible prior to proceeding with elective surgery. Patients should keep in mind that, despite best efforts, additional surgery (which may carry additional cost) may be necessary in the short or long term.
Best wishes.

Mommy Makeover and Payment Options

A Mommy Makeover is a combination of procedures to bring a woman’s body back to the way she looked prior to pregnancy. Most commonly some variation of a #TummyTuck and #BreastSurgery are performed. Additional procedures can include liposuction, umbilical hernia repair.  The most common #breastprocedures include #mastopexy or #breastlift, #breastaugmentation, or #breastreduction.

The costs of a #Mommy Makeover will depend on several factors. Such include the geographic location, the skill and experience of the surgeon, and operating room and anesthesia fees. However, many payments plans exist for cosmetic procedures. Ask your surgeon's office about programs and lenders they may recommend as well as personal loans available through financial institutions.

Your procedures should be performed by a #PlasticSurgeon who is board-certified and has a great deal of experience specializing in cosmetic #surgery. You will then greatly improve your chances of getting the result you desire, and, without the need for a revision surgery. It is suggested that you look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients, and read patient reviews. Gathering all of this information will help you make a well-informed decision.

Thank you for your question about your mommy make-over.

There are various ways to pay for cosmetic surgery if you do not have the money -
  1. Charge it to a credit card -- but interest rates are high,
  2. Get a loan from a bank if you have a good relationship - rates are lower
  3. Finance the surgery with a medical financing company of which the biggest is Care Credit, owned by Synchrony, a spin-off from GE.
  4. Obtain a loan from friend or family
  5. Lay-away plans in which you pay into an escrow fund held by the surgeon until you have saved the money.
  6. Of these, Care Credit is most popular in part because they have a short-term payment plan that does not charge interest.
  7. Your surgeon's office will be able to guide you.

Always consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
Hope you find this information helpful. Best wishes.

Although this may not be the most prudent financial way of having elective cosmetic surgery there are several companies that will finance aesthetic surgery. You can inquire about them at your plastic surgeon's office.

There are many payment plans out there for aesthetic surgery. These will differ between surgeons and regions of the country. Many surgeons will partner with surgical financing companies to help patients pay for surgery. Some surgeons may also have their own payment plans with varying rates of interest. You can also get loans from banks and lending companies as well. The best thing to do is find a surgeon you are comfortable with for your procedure and then talk to them about payment options. Best of luck!
