If the tip of my nose is tilted 1 cm , does it mean that there is deviation in the bones?

I have a slight shortened breath, so is this because of my tilted nose?

Actually, 1 cm is a big number when it comes to noses.
With noses, important changes can be made by adjustments in millimeters only.
If the nose is crooked, this may be because of a deviation in the bones and/or the cartilage of the nose.
A face-to-face consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon would be helpful for you to further evaluate your concerns and determine your options. Good luck.

I'm sorry but it is impossible to answer your question without seeing pictures of your nose. Go to my website for instructions on views to submit for nasal evaluation.
