Rhinoplasty is a well tolerated procedure, and the risks of anesthesia in a young healthy person are very small.  The complications associated with rhinoplasty should be discussed at the time of the consultation based upon what maneuvers are employed to achieve your goals.

Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

In general, rhinoplasty is a pretty safe procedure in the healthy patient. There are some risks but most are not common.  Best to discuss in person your specific concerns.
