I Want Chubbier Face, What Type of Filler?

hi Im 23 i want a chubbier fuller face my face is very small thin and skinny i dont want surgery i want fuller face chubby cheeks more rounder face i wasnt sure what to go for had fillers in the past but they dont last I wasnt sure if i should have voluma or radiesse or sculptra

At you age the best option might be to add volume to the face by injecting fat.  It will give you long lasting result and create the most natural appearance.  Other fillers might appear well for a period of time, but given their temporary nature would require constant replacement.  And as you older it would require injecting more and more fillers to get the result that you are looking for.  Fat grafting, on the other hand, might require occasional "touch up", but does not need constant replacement.  Best of luck!

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. There are different options - all based on your existing facial contours, amount of fat you have, exactly what you want to achieve. Sculptra can be used globally about the face and is an excellent choice for altering contours all over. The instant fillers you noted, both have decent longevity. Voluma is a dissolvable gel and Radiesse is not, so that could impact your decisions. It's important to view the face as a whole - otherwise if you only add cheek volume but actually need volume in adjacent areas for blending, then your result could look somewhat unnatural. There are a lot of sub-skin structural compartments that shape the face and these all need to be considered.You will need to see a physician to get a useful assessment and recommendation.

Voluma is a new poroudct from Allergan, and follows the Juvaderm Ultra and Ultra Plus product family line.  Voluma lasts 2 years and is FDA Approved for filling the midface.

		Juvederm Voluma is not approved to be used in the US so be careful of any practice using this product
	
		Sculptra is great if you do not want surgery, but a lot of volume
	
		Radiesse is also a nice option, but you are limited on where you can use it

An exam is needed for the most appropriate recommendations. However, your note seems to indicate that you need filling in several areas to achieve your goal of a fuller face. For larger volume fillers, Sculptra is best. Also, fat injections are a very good option that can give some permanent filling.

Without seeing you or pictures of you, it's impossible to know if you might be a good candidate for fillers to make your face fuller. All of the fillers you mentioned (Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra) can be used to make a face fuller. They are all different types of products and work somewhat differently and last different lengths of time. The products each have their own advantages and disadvantages. I would recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist who is experienced with fillers and have a consultation. You would then be able to determine if you are a candidate for treatment as well as finding out details about the different fillers.
