How can I get my eyes open after surgery for ptosis?

All post surgical instructions followed. Swelling significantly reduced. Pain level 3-4 on scale of 1-10. There's no infection

Swelling after ptosis surgery

Difficult to say what is going on without a photo... It's not really clear from your description. My patients are able to open their eyes on day one, even with swelling. Wondering if you have an allergy issue or have systemic problems requiring ACE inhibitor medications. Please see your surgeon for accurate answers. Best wishes for a faster recovery.
