Hello I have tiny upper and lower jaws. My jaw-surgeon said I am a candidate for double jaw surgery. So, I had a CBCT taken which showed that my airway is bigger than normal. When I asked, she said that the surgery will increase the size of my airway, but I am still a candidate for the surgery. I showed the CBCT to a dentist who uses the DNA. She said that I cannot have it because it expands the airway and my airway is too big.(Yet I can have the jaw surgery which does the same!)Is she right?

It also increases room for the tongue and enlarges the airway which is good for health reasons.
The worst approach in my opinion is to do...
