I started Invisalign last year and am finishing up soon. It was expensive & I love how my teeth look now. However, I recently found out I have mild sleep apnea, TMJ, a narrow palate and can't breathe through my nose, so I have been doing a lot of research on different options & I think the Vivos DNA appliance is the best treatment. I'm wondering if I can get this right after I finish Invisalign and not use the Invisalign retainer. Would this be an issue or does DNA hold teeth in place? Thanks!
