Can I use the Vivos DNA appliance after doing Invisalign?

While the DNA is excellent at growing the maxilla and improving your airway ideally Invisalign is done after epigenetic orthopedics.

The DNA is not the best appliance for final tooth alignment and some patients do follow-up Clear Aligner Therapy

Your teeth might look good, i.e. they are nice a straight, but at the expense of your TMJ's and airway. Unfortunately, to have any hope of improving your TMJ's and airway you are going to have to develop your dental arches and probably move your lower jaw forward. This can all be done with an mRNA appliance (basically upper and lower DNA appliances that work together to develop your dental arches and move your lower jaw forward). This appliance HAS TO BE WORN 24/7 for 9-12 months for it to be effective. The DNA appliance (that must be worn 12 hrs/day) by itself will only develop your upper dental arch and therefore only mildly effective to improve your airway and TMJ's.

Any significant arch development or arch development with mandibular advancement would more than likely require additional orthodontics (braces or Invisalign) upon completion.
