Would having Botox injections not be a good idea as I have recently been diagnosed with Internal Shingles?

I have had several injections performed in the last ten years. Currently, I am 63 and struggling with what was once a Shingles outbreak (and yes, had the vaccine at age 60) is now Internal Shingles. Since Botox can be a toxin to the nervous system, I am hesitant to receive any further injections until I am completely headed on Internal Shingles.
