Why is my Neck Still So Sore After my First Round of BOTOX Injections for my Migraines?

Doctor Answers 2

Migraine headache

People répond differently to injection based on their anatomy and location of the injection, usually the pain of the injection improved over the course few days although in the neck area might last longer up to couple of weeks.

Sore neck after Botox injection for migraine headaches

Soreness and pain are most likely related to the technique of injection with resultant bruising and hematoma which should subside after a period of 10-14 days.
