Thank you for your question. After treatment, swelling can take weeks to several months to subside. I would wait until your swelling subsides, at which point Velashape may be unnecessary.

Thank you for your question. To treat your stretch marks, I would suggest Fraxel Laser, FotoFacial IPL, or ReFirme Laser. In my experience, these have all given excellent results for reducing stretch marks. 

Have you considered Thermage? It might tighten the skin better than Velashape. You might need a treatment and an addtional one six to twelve months later. It would be worth a consultation with an expert in non-invasive tightening procedures.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to give you an accurate assessment of the treatment you need without pictures of the problem area you would like remedied. For areas of stubborn fat, I have had success with CoolSculpting, which non-invasively reduces fat.
