I have a lesion on my occipital lobe and I also have involuntary eye movements where my eyes will roll up. They have recently found something on each of my optic nerves but they're thinking it's drusen. Is this vein normal? Thanks.

Do you have your latest prescription? If there is some slight residual astigmatism, maybe glasses could correct this for night time driving.
A severe trauma to the eye can cause a number of complications including angle recession, retinal detachment, or traumatic iritis. All of these things can be detected through a good eye exam. My strongest medical advice if to have an Ophthalmologist check you out as soon as possible...
The only real LASIK-related danger at this point is that you somehow displaced your LASIK flap. This would typically result in blurred vision rather than pain, but the best course is to have your surgeon check it out to be safe.
