Will getting sick, then recovering, impact my ability to have transgender metoidioplasty as scheduled?

I’m having elective surgery on June 18th. Unfortunately, I came down with a bad cold two weeks ago. Now, my doctor has put me on antibiotics to heal up the chest congestion I’ve been having. While I’m already healed from the overall cold, I should be done the antibiotics and recovered from all chest issues around two weeks before surgery. Will this likely impact me being able to have surgery? I’m concerned because I don’t want to reschedule my procedure.
