Silicone Implants, what happens if you receive a direct blow to your chest?

Hello, what happens if you receive a direct blow to your chest? For example, a car accident and an air bag going off and rupturing the implant, or a kick or some strong force impacting the silicone implant to the point where it ruptures. Will it be difficult to capture all of the silicone and remove it completely from the body?

Trauma to chest after implants

Implants are very durable and trauma to the chest would have to be severe in order to disrupt the implants.  Normal exercise and day to day activities of most types should be fine.  Best wishes.
