Chin and jaw contouring would make a big difference as would a rhinoplasty. Your upper face is more difficult to assess with just one frontal photograph, so more images would help. An image of your hairline and your adam's apple would also be useful. Your brows could be elevated and your forehead may benefit from contouring, but this is best determined in a face-to-face exam. Less invasive procedures are also important, like good skin care. You have great cheeks and eyes, and with a little work there is no doubt that you could easily pass.
What procedures would be the best way to feminize my face? Is it too much to hope not be mistaken for a man any more? (photo)

There is more than just hope.
