Post Nair burn part two; hope this isn't permanent? Should I ice it?

I posted a question about this but didnt have space to add id done laser hair removal 1mth b4.ask about the potential of a "permanent moustache look from black hair dots left" which i read someone who used it had. Also will there be nerve dammage or always sensitive upper lip which somehow also became sensitive thought i only put nair on the skin not lip?its not red anymore but pharmacist said if it still hurts ive affected the dermis?hope not permanent?should i ice it?doesnt look swollen.
