Lingual braces on your top teeth only, is a viable
option. In most cases, an Orthodontist
would charge a lesser fee. There are
options in which lingual braces are just placed behind the six anterior
teeth. That could also moderate the
cost. Average cost of full upper and lower lingual braces range from $6,500-12,000. One arch treatment could range between $3,000
- 6,000 depending on your doctor and location.

Not having braces on the bottom teeth should not affect the
results of the top tooth alignment.
However, based on your photos, it appears that your two central teeth
are retro-inclined and would be moved forward to make room for the overlapping
lateral incisors. This will increase
your overjet (the horizontal distance between your upper and lower teeth). If your teeth are crowded on the lower arch,
aligning them could decrease the resulting overjet.

Aligning your upper teeth will definitely enhance your smile
and the resulting overjet may not be a cosmetic issue. The best thing to do is to have a consultation
with an orthodontist and discuss your treatment options. Most orthodontist do not charge a fee for
consultation and you may want to consider the opinions of a couple doctors.

There are some new limited specialty lingual treatment
options that do not require braces. You
may be a candidate for this treatment which is significantly more
comfortable.
