Conducted PRK on Jan 20, 2016. Vision has been great, but been having very dry eyes and now blurry vision in right eye?

I had PRK laser eye surgery on Jan 20, 2016. My vision has been improving since and it was 20/20 until yesterday. This morning, my right eye was very, very dry, and now my vision in my right eye is very blurry. Will this improve?

It generally can take anywhere from three to six months for your eyes to fully heal after PRK.  It is too early to tell whether or not you need an enhancement.  I would recommend that you continue scheduled eye exams with your surgeon so that they can monitor your healing process.  However, if...

It is easy to identify if a patient has had PRK if a topography scan is taken of the eye.  However, it is not easily identified just by looking at the eye with a slit lamp microscope.
