I had PRK laser eye surgery on Jan 20, 2016. My vision has been improving since and it was 20/20 until yesterday. This morning, my right eye was very, very dry, and now my vision in my right eye is very blurry. Will this improve?

first of all, the PRK is an archaic procedure that is painful with slow recovery, it has been replaced in recent years by LASEKsecond of all your doctor should have already put punctal plugs in the dry blurry eye, and told you to use a lubricating ointment at night, this will solve that problem, so you should tell your doctor to do this!:)
