I had a revision septo-rhinoplasty at 4 months ago and at that time a splint was placed to prevent some scarring on the internal nasal valve area. However it formed again. I have now some obstruction but I still can breathe, it's just that I can see the scar band by looking on the inside and can also feel it and it's very hard. So, is it worthy to try to excise this scar band on the internal valve or will it eventually get worse if it's excised? I know it's a very tricky area.
Are there any good treatment for internal nasal adhesions?
