One month post rhinoplasty revision - grafts are visible and crooked (Photo)

A month ago I had a revision to fix my pinched nose and rebuild the tip using ear grafts. I have a thin skin . Result: two huge uneven grafts are showing. My Dr said: 1. The tip area is swollen and the grafts will get softer and smoother. Will it go down to a level that it's no longer visible? They fill very hard. 2. He suggested that in the worst case after 6 months, he can "scrape" the grafts, and it will not required surgery. What do you think about this? 3. Do I have Pollybeak Deformity?
