I believe you are on the right treatment plan.  I would be more concerned if you were missing all your molars on top and no plan to restore them.  You stated you are going to have implants placed.  The time frame with missing teeth will be a little annoying for you, but you will be just fine.  The implant on #14 will be strong enough to take on you occlusion for the time till your other implant are placed and crowns are placed on..
