Will implants give me my old facial shape back?

I don't have big teeth under one of my molars, I'm 17 now and I lost it nearly a year ago and have just had a gab there! My dentist never told me the gab could cause bone loss and I noticed a few months ago my face has been changing and my cheeks look different, I'm going to get implants but I want to know if the implant will give my old facial shape back???

A single molar tooth loss may not change your facial shape. And so restoration of the lost tooth may not fill your face. You might have lost lot of fat baby fat from your face as you are almost 18 now. so a fat transfer procedure to face may help you in restoring the lost facial form. See a good Maxillofacial Surgeon and discuss the matter with him.
