Severe inverted V deformity 1 year post open rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had an open rhinoplasty 1 year ago & ever since, I've been having a hard time breathing through my nose, I can't get enough air through it so I've been breathing from my mouth since. Also, cosmetically, as you can see my nose bridge isn't straight, it curves to the sides. I really don't like it. What kind of revision do I need to undergo? Is it just inverted V or is it also something else?

Inverted V deformity after rhinoplasty with inadequate narrowing.

yes, you have an inverted V deformity. Your nasal bones appear to still be wide and as I guess I would say you did not have adequate osteotomies to narrow your nasal bones. Your breathing issue may be due to a continued deviated septum but an exam is needed to show this.  See a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you natural revision results in noses like yours or worse
