Revision Septoplasty - What is the surgeon likely to do differently?
My nose has re-deviated after a septorhinplasty 17-months ago. If i was to have a revision septoplasty to address the deviation, what could a surgeon do to make it less likely to re deviate again.

Revising septal surgery is not trivial. The revision will likely include a wider exposure and possibly some type of cartilage graft from the ear or rib. It is not simple to straighten a septum when the first operation failed.
