Knee lipo: wanting a knee gap. (photos)

Would I benefit from lipo to the knees I have very wide knees but they feel very hard not like fat is this just the shape of my knees or would lipo help to give them a better shape thanks

Lipo could be performed, though not necessary

It is hard to assess your requirements without meeting for a consultation, though from your photos alone, I believe that you could have just enough fat for Liposuction, though in my opinion you do not require it. Your knees appear to be touching but this is due to your bone placement in relation to your hip placement.

The reason the tissue is hard is because you are feeling bone. Liposuction will not solve the problem. What you are seeing appears to be from the way your thigh bone is set into the hip, causing the knees to angle slightly inwards.
