I have developed some sagginess in the face. Will this disappear with exercise or do I need a procedure? (Photo)

Im 34, very slender but have developed loss of structure in my face and would like some expert opinions on what i could have done to correct this, i used to have beautiful bone structure and haven't ever worked out as such, due to being disabled but have recently started a type of exercise. i have heard there are light procedures i could have? or should i expect results with regular exercise? thank you so much for answering my question
