Is it possible to dissolve, reduce, or remove a Zyplast dermal filler which is problematic? (Photos)

My right cheek was injected with Zyplast in 1984. Suddenly, 30 years later, redness, itching and a lump appeared in that area. I was upset since I was advised Zyplast degrades after 3 months. In 2015 a Dermatologist said he has come across cases like mine before. He proposed a Hydro Cortisone injection. With a 80% risk of skin atrophy, I declined. The lump is distressing, so I want it removed. Is there any remedy for my case? If not, is it possible to create a product to help sufferers like me?
