Can liposuction help me with the excess tissue under my chin.

You obviously need to be seen in person to carefully evaluate your age, skin condition and over all proportions and features of your face, but from the pictures that you have provided, it seems that you are a good candidate for a liposuction procedure. This can be done in the office under local anesthesia with a fine cannula and the recovery should be quick. You would need to wear bandage to apply pressure on the area fo about three days.

Chin Liposuction

You appear to be a first rate candidate for chin liposuction based on review of the photos you sent.  Of course a real live exam is needed first for accurate plans to be made.  My Best,  Dr Commons

Lipo done understand my chin, will I get good results based on these pictures?

Hi, I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is weak and there is excess skin and fat below the chin creating a "double chin".  When the chin is  weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.

I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.  Liposuction and excess skin removal can be done through the same incision (under the chin) used to place the chin implant.

Hope this helps.

Chin Liposuction...

Based on the photos you should be a good candidate for neck liposuction. An examination is needed to evaluate the skin because the ability of the skin to contract is most important after liposuction. A younger person usually has good skin contraction. Kybella is a non-surgical option to consider as well.

You appear to be a good candidate for the procedure. Kybella is an option but would require multiple treatments.

Go for awesome results--VASER liposuction, thermirf, ultrasound for the chin and jawline

You look like you would be a candidate, but I recommend a formal evaluation. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF or ultrasound are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative. See an expert. Best. Dr. Emer

Liposuction for the Chin

Thank you for your question and for posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for liposuction of the submental area or underneath the chin. This procedure will give you a great result as this area is often stubborn and resistant to diet and exercise, however you should make sure you're at or close to your ideal weight before your procedure. Make sure you're working with a board certified plastic surgeon for precise recommendations.

Submental liposuction

I think liposuction would be a good choice. Kybella would be another option. You need a formal consult to be sure.

Neck Liposuction

From the photos you provided, it appears you would be an excellent candidate for neck liposuction. Neck liposuction would help to reduce the fullness under your chin by removing stubborn fatty tissue.  You would see improvement in jawline definition, as well as improvement in your profile.  The procedure is safe, fast, and can be performed under local anesthesia.  I suggest a consultation for a more thorough evaluation, to learn if you are truly a candidate for this procedure.  Good Luck, I have provided a link below.
