Almond eye surgery

There is no perfect procedure with the description you state. Almond eye surgery depends on the exact anatomy of the patient. See following link.  They are generally not easily reversible.

Almond Shaped Eye Surgery

There are two operations which shape the outer corner or lateral canthus of the eye: Canthopexy and Canthoplasty. They are not intended to be temporary. Both are intended to tighten and stabilize a loose corner of the eye which is or may result in rounding of the eye, increased white showing, dryness or even lower displacement of the lower lid. I would highly recommend you not having it unless you are certain.
