Fat dies or becomes necrotic.  Some of this is technique related and some of this is probably healing related.

Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well... Actually fat necrosis cannot be prevented always because most of the times is caused by our own body reactions. So, it is a fat rejection that our body does after the injections. Is not because of anything related with surgery, it is our body who reacts.

Necrosis is a form of cell injury which results in the premature death of cells, in this case fat cells. Using small volume syringe during injection, and restricting the volume of injection in certain amounts can reduce the risk of fat necrosis.
