Bilateral prophylactic mastectomy

You have to be more specific about the procedure you are having. A bilateral prophylactic mastectomy for what?  Cancer?  and you have a capuslar contracture with implants?  Is the surgery for failed cosmetic procedures?  What type of reconstructiona re you having.  If free flaps it takes a few weeks to recover, if tissue expanders it may take a week or two.  There are so many things that could be discussed.
