You can improve your nose by having a rhinoplasty to lift and refine your tip, remove the hump, and eliminate the deviation.
Septorhinoplasty can help improve the appearance and function of the nose. I would recommend an
in-person consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty. He/she may use
computer imaging software to give you an idea of how the final result may
appear. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.
Rhinoplasty can reduce the hump and elevate and deproject the tip without a visible scar. The cleft can be corrected as well. The breathing issues can be addressed at the same time.

The nasal bump is composed of both bone and cartilage and can be shaved down. Osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required to close the open roof deformity created when the hump is removed. The cleft in the middle of the tip of the nose can be removed with suture techniques to the lower lateral cartilages and sometimes a cartilage graft inserted between them. It is important to examine the internal portion of the nose to see if there is a deviated septum blocking air flow and the sense of smell. A septoplasty would improve air flow through the nose if blocked, and a rhinoplasty would improve the appearance of the nose. Both procedures are done together at the same time under one general anesthetic.
You would benefit from a rhinoplasty surgery to remove the bump on your nose; straighten the nose and refine the tip of the nose. Breathing can be addressed at the same time as the rhinoplasty surgery.
