What would be he best treatment for boxcar/ice pick scarring on dark pigmented skin? (photos)

I am so scared to do any laser treatments (as I've heard that they can cause pigmentation), and I've also looked into Bellafill (which can cause bumps and complications later in life). I've done some preliminary research on TCA peels and Fraxel treatments, but I'm still unsure what would be the best treatment for my skin, 23 year old female with this type of post accutane scarring. Please advise!

Acne Scarring -- Requires a Combination of Fractional Laser Resurfacing, Fillers Like Bellafill, Subcision and Eclipse Micropen

Acne scarring can be treated with a combination approach of lasers (Vbeam for darker skin tones), peels, skin care, microneedling and fillers. Surgery, subcision, or TCA cross for deep or pitted "ice pick" scars; fillers like Bellafill, Sculptra or Radiesse for broad "boxcar" or "rolling" scars; Eclipse Micropen for all types of scars and improvement in texture and tone. I suggest consulting with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist.
