Can a Lip Lift incision be placed above the nasal sill?

Is there a reason why the incision cannot be done inside the nose above the nasal sill and continuing forward to transverse the columellar skin? Of course this includes removing a strip of skin along the incision. The main question is can the skin be undermined from the nasal sills, pulled and re-draped superiorly within the nose (above the nasal sill)? Why not? The lateral edges of the incision could begin at the inferior lateral edges of the nose (as with a typical bull wing approach).

Incision Location for Subnasal Lip Lift

Placing part of the incision inside the nasal sill will limit how much lifting can be achieved as well as give the nasal base a potentially unnatural appearance with the risk of some possible nostril distortion.

Lip Lift scar placement

The lip lift incision can be curved inside the nose, but with some limitation. The normal anatomy of transition of lip and nasal base can become distorted. Typically well executed lip lift will leave barely visible scar.
