Retin A can help increase dermal collagen and improve photodamaged coloration issues such as lentigines (brown sun spots) but it can not replicate the improvement seen from fraxel repair laser resurfacing which can induce improvement in lines, texture and color and even tightening.

There is no Fraxel Mini This must be the effort by a physician to brand themselves.  there is no need for this if the doctor is practicing good medicine and obtaining great results, they can refer to Fraxel Resotre, Dual or Repair.
