I have a dime size area on my cheek that is from a botched microdermabrasion treatment I received. She went extremely deep in that one area in an attempt to make a pin hole scar(from blackhead pimple long ago) look less noticeable. This person told me that it would go away within a week, but it is one year later and it is still pinkish red. It was dark purple when she first did it and has slowly faded over time, but still noticeable. Would a laser or peel be beneficial at this point?
