How to get rid of burn mark on my hand? (Photo)

I have light pink Burn mark with dark brown dots. It is 1 week old. I am not using anything right now, except olive oil. It looks really nasty. Please let me know what should I do to remove this mark?

Burn Scar on Body - Silicone Based scar gel with growth factors, sun protection

I suggest using silicone based scar gels until the scar has healed, you need a formal consultation with an expert. After 3-6 weeks you can then treat with lasers, microneedling, peels, and skin care. I suggest using skin protection and avoiding sun exposure to this area. Please see an expert for treatment. Best, Dr. Emer

Burn scars and fractional laser

I would suggest a combination of fractional laser, fractional RF, Melarase creams, and Plato's Scar Serum.

How to get rid of burn mark on my hand?

Thank you for your question and photograph.  I would first recommend keeping an oily gauze or ointment - such as Aquaphor or Silvadene - over the burn area to promote faster healing.  Secondly avoid sun exposure to this area as much as possible.  Once the skin surface has healed, use a titanium or zinc based sunblock daily to help prevent pigmentation issues relative to the non-injured skin.  Hope this helps.
