Recurrent corneal erosion 4 years post PRK - how should I proceed?

Hi, I had lasik done 6 years ago for -6 vision that ended up being undercorrected. I then had lasik enhancement on one eye a year later, and a PRK enhancement on my other eye 2 years post initial surgery. Unfortunately, a few weeks after PRK I developed recurrent corneal erosion in that one eye and the situation has not significantly improved 4 years later now. This is with regular check ups, and many various eye drops including Restasis, as well as nighttime ointments. I eventually got fed up with the lack of answers and solutions. I sought out help at a dry eye clinic, my new doctor has me on PRP drops for almost 2 months now which have been helping a bit. Next steps will either be more time of using PRP, or a debridement with amniotic lens placement. I would like to get some additional opinions here as well. Thank you
