I am of Indian descent. I have scars on my arms and legs. They are not raised. Just discoloured. I can get a prescription from my dr for 7% (or even 14%) hydroquinone and Retin A. Will this help? Or is it best to use the hydroquinone with galaxal base on its own? Which will help the scars fade faster!? I am desperate. Summer is coming.
