what would the best procedure(s) to achieve a jawline and a chin that isnt weak. how can i make my jawline on less of an angle? and is there any other options besides a chin implant or sliding genioplasty to have a stronger chin? is there any way to have a jawline like the guy in the black/white photo?

A jaw implant and a chin implant placed after shortening the length of the chin would get you towards the desired look
You need a major change in your jawline which requires vertical lengthening jaw angle implants and a chin osteotomy procedure that vertically shortens your chin as well as brings it forward. You are never going to get the near horizontal mandibular plane angle like the model picture shows but you can still make major improvements in how your jawline looks.
