I recently received two implants in two of my front teeth 2,1 and 2,2. I still has the roots there, so extraction, bone grafting and implant placement were all done at once. There was a lot of swelling on my face but after 3 days, there is a bump on the roof of my mouth that seems to be getting bigger. Not sure if this is normal or if it is a concern? As far as I can tell, I do not have healing caps yet as they are not visible.
