Genetics of hair loss?

From what I have read, in order for female to have FPHL, they need to have both of their x chromosomes to contain hair loss genes, does this means that all female with FPHL will give birth to son with MPB?

No, this is an inaccurate statement. There are dozens of genes controlled genetic hair loss and it's not so simple, especially in women. Not all women with FPHL have sons with genetic hair loss. The inheritance is polygenic, not clearly autosomal dominant, recessive or sex linked.
