Best and most effective laser for thick dark beard?

I have a ivory/porcelain skin tone and very black thick hair. I know my skin tone and hair colour is ideal and all lasers will work but I want to know which one is the ABSOLUTE best and most advanced. Also if I choose a laser that can also treat darker skin tones will that be gentler and less effective for me than a laser that is specially made only for light skin and dark hair. It would be so greatly appreciated if you would provide brand and model names to the best lasers on the market for my needs.
