Can Dutasteride cause very heavy menstrual cycles in women?

I am taking 0.5 mg/day of Dutasteride to treat androgenetic alopecia and FFA. Can this medication cause very heavy (with clots) and prolonged menstrual cycles in women? I am not on a birth control pill but am using 2 other forms of birth control. Thank you.
