The photographs demonstrate an overly projecting nose and an under projecting chin. To improve the facial side profile will require a rhinoplasty to reduce the bulbous tip, decrease the projection of the nose, and shave down the dorsal hump. A chin implant is required to augment the chin to help with facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the overly projecting nose from the side profile. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with both procedures from the side profile angle. The cost of a rhinoplasty and a chin implant is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedures under anesthesia monitored by a physician anesthesiologist, the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in a formal operating room, and the surgeon's fee for performing the 2 procedures, in addition to all postoperative follow-up appointments. The fee for a rhinoplasty wil vary from surgeon to surgeon. Best to find a good surgeon and then discuss prices.
You have very pretty features and a rhinoplasty will serve your face very effectively. Cost of rhinoplasty may vary from surgeon to surgeon and the average is about $10,000-$12,000. The most important decision is choosing someone who can reduce the potential for a secondary rhinoplasty. If you choose a surgeon who is not experience and charges less you may end up paying that surgeon and a secondary specialist which not only will cost significantly more, you will have 2 recoveries and a year of discontent with the nose.Good Luck
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.
You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip
slightly and a conservative dorsal hump reduction. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.
Best wishes and good luck.

The cost of rhinoplasty will vary based on factors such as geography and the experience and skill level of the surgeon. When it comes to your face, and especially your nose, finding the right surgeon should be of utmost importance. Never "settle" for a particular surgeon simply due to price.
