4.5 years after surgery and I can comfortably eat 8 0unces of food at one sitting. Is this normal? Up until 3 years,4 ounces was more standard for me. Should I be concerned or taking any action. Or just eat less and be hungry?
Hello, thanks for you question. As you increased the amount in each portion you stomach is adapting and increasing in size , so you must check the amount of food you eat , and eat at least 5 small portions in a day.
