Unless there is a specific problem preventing this, it would make sense to do all three surgeries at the same time so you only have on recovery period.
Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your medical history. If you are a healthy person, there should be no problem in having the surgeries at the same setting.
These procedures together will typically require 3-5 hours of anesthesia depending upon how much work needs to be performed in the operating room and the speed of your surgeon. If you're otherwise healthy, these procedures will typically be performed on an outpatient basis with you being discharged to home within an hour or two following surgery. If you have any underlying issues it will be important for your plastic surgeon to obtain medical clearance from your PCP/ Cardiologist/ Endocrinologist or whichever other physicians are involved in your care. I hope this information is helpful.
