Getting the right jaw surgery, & other necessary procedures to help balance the face & correct a severe overbite/overjet?(photo)

I was looking for some advice for procedures to fix my facial issues and bite. I was originally planning a double jaw surgery done through Dr. Arnett of Santa Barbara. Upon going to Dr. Arnett though he quoted 55k-65k up front. I cannot afford that, so I am looking for someone in my insurance network. If there is suggestions about other surgeries which would seem better such as CCW rotation, or other necessary co surgeries please let me know. I am trying to find out my best options beforehand.
