I had revision rhinoplasty done and my doctor has been injecting me with a series of k40 shots over the course of a year (every 8 weeks) to help shrink down the excess skin camouflaging my pro-form narrow skeletal bridge. He now recommends I try thermage to help tighten/shrink wrap the excess skin around my bridge to give me more of the narrow look I desire. Any thoughts on this? Just don't want to be disappointed if I go through with the procedure.

years ago when the technology first came out. Since then Solta the makers of
Thermage have continued to improve the technology and efficacy. Their latest
advance has been Thermage CPT with Total Tip technology.

Thermage is a wonderful laser that tightens the skin. First a grid is put on the skin to mark the treated area and then coupling fluid is used throughout the procedure. I have been very happy with Thermage especially with the new CPT tip. It is important to find an experienced Board Ce...
Since it is your forehead wrinkles that bother you I would consult a board certified dermatologist about Botox and other non-invasive ways to treat that area.
