What Are the Positive and Negative Aspects of Having TriVex System Sclerotherapy?

How long do the effects last after TriVex sclerotherapy?

I would not recommend trifvex.  Varicose veins are easily treated by a closure procedure followed by microphlebectomies or ultrasound directed sclerotherapy.  Trivex is a more involved procedure with many more possible side effects and complications.

TriVex - Not commonly Done

This TriVex system has not gained much momentum in the phlebology community because it is associated with neovascularization in the area of treatment, requiring sclerotherapy and or topical lasers - which replace one problem (varicose veins) with a more annoying cosmetic problem (fine spider veins, telangiectasias, broken capillaries).
