If your tooth is broken and very little tooth structure is left your dentist can consider the implant placement. It is difficult to say without additional details about your situation and x-rays. Otherwise if the tooth can be saved it definitely need to be crowned. Epilepsy shouldn`t be an issue for dental procedures. Your treating dentist may request medical clearance from your current physician in order to start the treatment. If you have high level of anxiety before dental treatment - it can be performed under iv sedation.
